121 sessions take a deeper dive into the benefits of mindfulness as you learn how to integrate it into your life.
Sessions focus on specific areas tailored to the individual such as help with stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, and low mood.
You will learn breathing exercises, meditations, self-compassion tools, positive self-talk, mindful listening, and more.
