Hi Nicola! I don’t know if you remember doing a few sessions a few years ago but I was one of the teens there. Since then, I’ve gone through one hell of a self discovery journey and I think the sessions you did truly placed myself on the correct path to start that. Face-to-face sessions are now available at Stillpoint, Bath.

121 sessions take a deeper dive into the benefits of mindfulness as you learn how to integrate it into your life.

Sessions focus on specific areas tailored to the individual such as help with stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, and low mood.

You will learn breathing exercises, meditations, self-compassion tools, positive self-talk, mindful listening, and more.

  • Formal and informal approaches to mindfulness

  • Breathing techniques for stress in the moment

  • Self-compassion exercises

  • Interpersonal mindfulness including techniques to release anger in a healthy way

  • Meditations to boost self-esteem

  • Discovering sustainers and drainers in your life

  • Mindful communication - Assertiveness

  • Mindful communication - Listening

  • Positive self-talk
