Retreat. Recharge. Reconnect

Join us for a weekend of mindfulness set in the rolling hills of Devon. This weekend retreat will help you to unwind, reconnect, and recharge surrounded by nature. Nourishing your mind and soul with meditation, breathing exercises, self-compassion tools, mindful walking, delicious vegetarian food, and more. You will leave feeling calm and more empowered with tools to help you with stress, anxiety and anger.

Date: Friday 26th July (evening) - Sunday 28th July 2024

Our retreat will flow gently with a mix of meditations, breathing exercises, self-compassion tools, mindful movement, positive self-talk, tea and coffee breaks, and free time to go on mindful walks down to the woods and around the fields.

You will stay in Whiterow Stable, a lovingly converted barn in a peaceful countryside position on the Devon and Cornwall border. Well equipped and spacious, you will have the choice of a twin room or double room. Our barn has room for up to six people so this will be an intimate retreat.
